GBAR3 offers a FREE CrossFit workout every Saturday at 8:30 am for anyone wanting to try CrossFit!
2-3 partners will team up to complete the workout. All the movements will be scalable for beginners and advanced athletes. You don’t have to get in shape BEFORE trying CrossFit! This is the place to come get in shape!
The Elements class for beginners, and the Strength open gym hour for current members are both at 9:30 am.
This Sunday we will have Open Gym hours 12-2 pm and Yoga 2-3 pm.
