The thruster: Why we do it
The thruster is a compound exercise that strengthens multiple muscle groups at once, including the quadriceps, glutes, shoulders and triceps – while also engaging your core to maintain stability. What’s great about this full-body movement is that it offers a challenging cardiovascular workout along with power and coordination benefits, plus it’s easily scalable to any fitness level!
