30 reps: 3 deadlifts + 2 hang power cleans + 1 squat clean and jerk, 135/95
30 reps: 3 snatch pulls + 2 hang power snatches + 1 squat snatch, 95/65
30 reps: 3 KB swings + 2 KB SDHP + 1 goblet squat, 55/40
all team members use same plate – never touches the ground!
