Midweek Motivation: Overcoming Wednesday Workout Blues with Mindset and Accountability

It’s Wednesday and you may be feeling the midweek slump. You had a busy start to the week, and the weekend seems so far away. It can be easy to let your workout routine slip, but this is when it’s most important to stay on track. Here are some tips to help you find motivation and stay accountable to your fitness goals.

  1. Reframe Your Mindset: Instead of thinking of Wednesday as the “hump day,” reframe it as an opportunity to conquer the rest of your week. Having a positive mindset will help you approach your workout with energy and determination.
  2. Set Realistic Goals: Write down what you want to accomplish during your workout. It could be a specific movement, weight, or time. Having a tangible goal will give you something to work towards, making your workout more purposeful.
  3. Find a Workout Buddy: Working out with a friend will help keep you accountable and motivated. You can push each other and have someone to hold you accountable for showing up and putting in the effort.
  4. Reward Yourself: Set a reward for completing your Wednesday workout. It could be something small like your favorite treat or something larger like a massage. Having a reward to look forward to will give you the motivation to push through.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
