Maximize Your CrossFit Experience with Our New Member On-Ramp Class
Are you new to CrossFit and want to learn the essentials of the sport in a supportive and encouraging environment? Our New Member On-Ramp class is the perfect opportunity to do just that. This class is directed towards those who are new to CrossFit and covers all the essential movements and techniques.
The class is held every Saturday at 9:30-11 am, and is led by our experienced coaches. In this class, you’ll learn the proper techniques for essential CrossFit movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and more. Additionally, our coaches will teach you about the importance of mobility, nutrition, and recovery, so that you can achieve your fitness goals more effectively.
Our New Member On-Ramp class is available for a one-time payment of $40, which will cover the class plus NEW documentation and videos for you to keep for future reference. These materials will help you reinforce what you learn in class and allow you to continue to improve your technique outside of the gym.
For veteran CrossFitters, we offer the opportunity to sit in on the class FREE OF CHARGE. This is a great chance to refresh your knowledge and skills, and to get familiar with GBAR3 priorities – our take on the fastest and most effective ways to help you reach your goals.
