Most adults need 7-9 hours of sleep each night. But in addition to quantity, quality of sleep matters too! A few things for getting good quality sleep: be physically active, get at least 30 minutes of sunlight at day, reduce mental stress, keep your bedroom cool at night, avoiding blue light after dark, and avoid sleep-disrupting foods/drinks.
