Unleash Your Inner Athlete: The Power of CrossFit Benchmark Workouts

CrossFit benchmark workouts are a series of intense, high-intensity exercises used to measure an athlete’s performance and progress in CrossFit. They include workouts such as “Fran,” “Grace,” “Helen,” “Annie,” “Isabel,” “Cindy,” and “Diane,” among others. These workouts typically include a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises and are meant to test an athlete’s strength, speed, endurance, and overall fitness. They are designed to be to be repeatable and scalable, allowing individuals of all fitness levels to participate. The scores from these workouts are used as a benchmark to track progress and set goals.

Today we are tackling Annie, a workout with double unders and sit ups. The goal is to complete the reps as quickly as possible with good form. This workout is meant to test and improve your stamina, coordination, and core strength. Good luck!
